Welcome to ReadyRoom. By accessing or using readyroom.vc, app.readyroom.vc, or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ReadyRoom. If you use ReadyRoom on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You sign in by email — we send a one-time code to verify it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the documents, cap-table data, and other content you upload. You grant ReadyRoom a non-exclusive license to host, process, and analyze that content so we can operate the Service for you. We do not share your documents with other customers.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using ReadyRoom at any time and request export or deletion of your data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cap-table reconstructions, document classifications, and other outputs are derived from the documents you provide and are not legal advice. Always review with qualified counsel before relying on the output for a transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyRoom's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
